As our Workshop Controller, you will be integral to the continued success of our After Sales Service Department. based in Stoke on Trent. You will be responsible for ensuring quality control and ensuring compliance in the workshop. You will assign tasks to our skilled technicians, and monitor progress ensuring work is completed to manufacturer guidelines and industry regulations to deliver exceptional customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly workshop control or technician
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues across different departments, both face-to-face and via email
  • Motivated and able to motivate other
  • Ability to work under pressure
