About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Workshop Controller to join our Nottingham FordStore team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll be responsible for managing workshop activity, ensuring efficiency, and supporting our technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating daily workloads, ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standards, and helping us provide the excellent customer experience Sandicliffe is known for.

• Managing the daily flow of work within the workshop.
• Allocating jobs to technicians based on skills and availability.
• Monitoring efficiency, productivity, and quality of repairs.
• Liaising with service advisors to keep customers updated.
• Supporting the team in meeting performance targets.
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive workshop culture.
