As a partner to many of the world's best riders, and due to increasing demands and activities, we are looking for a Workshop Coordinator and Supervisor in Wellington, FL. What you'll be doing is...After being trained and directly reporting to your Manager, you will be in charge of (and not limited to): 1. Assess saddles and determine the necessary actions to be taken 2. Determine what parts are needed to fulfill certain operations 3. Ensure the team is performing well and in line of the set objectives 4. Review individual repairs for any mistakes Requirements Schedule: 8 hour shift, from 9am to 6pm - with 1hr lunch break from 1-2pm Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Wellington, FL 33414: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Benefits Health coverage (medical, dental & vision) 100% paid by the company for employee only on the 1st of the month following 30 days of your starting date 401(k) plan available (eligible after 1 year of full-time employment) 2 weeks of vacation per year 5 sick days
