Participate in planning, assembly, and preparations of all mobilizations, domestic and foreign.  Keeping inventory control * Good level of secondary education (essential) * Mechanical or engineering qualification (preferred) * Oil and gas industry experience, specifically working in the workshop environment (essential) * Substantial work experience in a technical, engineering or craft environment (essential) * Able to use measuring equipment and possess the maths skills and knowledge to perform the required activities/ tasks * Strong Communication Skills * Strong Organizational Skills * Good IT Skills * Physically fit to work in a Workshop environment * Substantial knowledge of IW CWI Completion equipment; associated processes and components * Experienced in the utilization of IW software and databases applicable for the job description * Actively maintain competence and continuous development * Trustworthy and approachable * Service minded * Flexible and adaptable recognizing the need to frequently operate to tight timelines and under pressure * Able to work alone and as part of a team including 3rd party personnel * Plan and execute maintenance, preventive maintenance (P.M.) corrective maintenance (C.M) and modifications, execution and efficiency within the working area * Ensure that maintenance is qualitative and in accordance with established procedures and routines * Plan and execute assembly and mobilization of equipment, including global shipments.  * Coordinate and follow up on workshop operations * Coordinate and run Completions Services dep. when Workshop Manager is absent * Completion and approval of ‘Work Order Out’ with the accompanying documentation * Assist in updating Ongoing Activity list * Workshop services (maintenance of all equipment) * Inventory/stock control for completion tools in Stavanger warehouse. * Synergies related to workshop * Secure technical status and performance of equipment pool * Maintenance and dispatching equipment according to work order * Preparing equipment for issue * Full training and onboarding – prior experience an advantage, but not required * A supportive and inclusive team environment * Opportunities for development and internal growth * A safe workplace with strong focus on HSE * Newly constructed premises at Solasplitten  * Competitive compensation and benefits package including  private health insurance, travel insurance, pension, and flexible work hours
Responsibilities
Coordinate workshop operations, including the maintenance, assembly, and mobilization of completion equipment. Ensure safe and effective running of activities and manage inventory control within the warehouse.
