We are seeking a talented and creative Decorator to join our team. in our workshop.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design and detail, with experience in construction painting and a strong ability to communicate effectively in joinery and spray equipment. As a Decorator, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through colour and design, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in construction painting or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driving licence is required for travel to job sites.
• Attention to detail and a passion for design are essential qualities for success in this role.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for decoration projects.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint, wallpaper, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with precision.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and setup for each project.
