JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Workshop & Field Support Assistant to join our team manufacturing and deploying solar-powered security CCTV towers. This is a varied role where you’ll support skilled technicians both in our workshop and on client sites. Responsibilities include equipment preparation, cleaning, assisting with assembly and repairs, maintaining inventory, and supporting deployment teams in the field. You will also travel regularly to sites to assist with tower installations, servicing, and fault response. The role requires practical ability, mechanical awareness, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety. A full UK driving licence is essential.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

• Complete basic paperwork, work orders, and service checklists.
• Record parts used, tasks completed, and site activity accurately.
