Description

We are a specialist manufacturer and installer of bespoke retail displays, pop ups, window displays, and specialise in cosmetic unitary working with major brands, design agencies, and shopfitters across the UK. With a focus on craftsmanship, design, and high-quality finishes, we are looking for a skilled Retail Displays Foreman to lead our workshop team.
About the Role
As Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring projects are manufactured to the highest standard and delivered on schedule. You will manage a small team of joiners and finishers, problem-solve on the shop floor, and work closely with our design and installation teams to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise workshop staff in the production of bespoke retail displays.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings accurately, ensuring correct execution.
  • Oversee joinery, assembly, and finishing processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions quickly.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and health & safety compliance.
  • Liaise with project managers to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bench Joiner (essential).
  • Experience with high end brand counters and unitary
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Clear and confident understanding of technical drawings.
  • Experience leading or supervising a small team (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £17.50-£19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
