JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our team and ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to managing daily tasks. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the workforce, coordinating activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards. The job will be on repairing vehicles as well as overseeing the other staff members to ensure all staff members are performing. Any complaints arising to be dealt with swiftly.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the motortrade industry is essential.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Experience with project management software or tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
