Job Desc : Oversee the operational management of the workshop pool, including planning and monitoring vehicle maintenance and repair schedules. Manage the availability, utilization, and efficiency of spare parts. Coordinate with relevant departments within the pool to ensure seamless and integrated operations. Lead regular performance analysis of the workshop, including budget evaluation, staff performance assessment, and identification of improvement opportunities. Ensure the adequacy, competency, and quality of workshop personnel in accordance with SOPs and safety standards. Optimize operational efficiency of the workshop, including maintenance scheduling, spare part management, and effective resource allocation without compromising repair quality. Provide strategic recommendations to management based on analysis results to support performance optimization. Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards, and lead initiatives to promote a safe and sustainable working environment. Ensure the identification of environmental impacts and risks, as well as the implementation of operational controls within the department. Implement operational requirements related to quality management systems, occupational health and safety, environmental management, information security, and cyber security. Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field. Minimum 10 years of experience in a related area. Strong understanding and hands-on experience in automotive engineering or workshop operations. Proven experience in growth planning, organizational change initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle mechanics, automotive technology, workshop equipment, and operational management.
