We are seeking a reliable and skilled Workshop Hose Assembly Fitter to join our dynamic team in Kemps Creek. In this role, you will provide efficient, accurate, and high-quality manufacturing services for our hose assembly and hose management programs both in our factory and on site. Eligible for 1 Good to Give Leave Day per calendar year in addition to normal leave entitlements to participate in volunteering activities What your day to day looks like: Manufacture and test hose assemblies to Australian Standards Perform workshop duties including works orders, scheduling, fitting, and cleaning tasks Safely represent the company when on site, adhering to Workplace Health and Safety guidelines Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness Use computer systems to manage stock control, purchase orders, invoicing, and customer enquiries Assist with stock receiving, storage, inventory checks, and maintenance of a clean, safe working environment What we are looking for: Previous experience in hose assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is preferred Strong knowledge of workshop procedures and safety practices Forklift license preferred but not essential Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Physically fit to perform manual handling including lifting items over 25kg, reaching, twisting, and pushing trolleys Capability to work in both internal and external environments safely About Motion Motion Australia is a leader in the distribution of industrial products.
