Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Workshop Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute scheduled maintenance and repairs on company vehicles to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles and perform or coordinate necessary repairs. Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of vehicle parts and supplies. Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for specialized repairs and inspections. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize vehicle downtime and extend vehicle life. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to vehicle maintenance and operation. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems diagnostics and repair. Familiarity with maintenance management systems and inventory control. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational abilities.
