This role is contributing to the ABB Motion Services Division located in Moorebank, NSW

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hold an Electrical Trade Certificate or Restricted Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect License, with hands-on experience in Low Voltage Drives.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing service operations, with a strong grasp of inventory control, logistics, and workshop performance.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service, driving process improvements, and maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
  • Confident in both verbal and written communication, with a solid understanding of working in remote or field-based environments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end repair operations for Variable Speed Drives, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with customer specs and planning targets.
  • Oversee workshop strategy, service inventory, and third-party logistics to streamline processes and reduce costs.
  • Champion a culture of innovation by implementing process enhancements that elevate service performance and productivity.
  • Deliver a superior service experience that drives customer retention and satisfaction through workshop excellence.
