Your new role
- Lead the workshop team of approximately 15-25 people and ensure the department's targets are met.
- You will play an active role in selecting new employees and in the ongoing development of your team.
- Provide expert guidance for repairs, maintenance and servicing, as well as for creating damage diagnoses, and participate in the introduction of new repair methods.
- Based on your professional experience, you recognize potential for improvement and implement it independently in the areas of workshop organization and workplace design.
- Conduct internal quality controls and support efforts to ensure occupational health and safety in the workshop.
Your skills
- Completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician or automotive mechanic with successfully completed further training as an automotive master mechanic.
- Several years of management experience in a comparable position
- Excellent technical understanding and manual skills
- A responsible and structured work ethic, and enjoyment in guiding and motivating a team.
- Excellent German skills (English is a plus!) and familiarity with common software applications
