  • Safety-aware and comfortable with basic inspections or repairs

Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Dawsongroup EMC provides specialist asset rental to local authorities, utilities and the construction sector. We’re looking for someone with prior experience in a similar role to help deliver and maintain high-performance equipment and ensure our customers stay up and running. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role based out of our depot, where every day brings something different.

  • Assist with delivery and collection of sweepers, refuse vehicles, tippers, and other specialist assets
  • Support customer inductions and site-based commissioning
  • Carry out first-line maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
  • Respond to customer issues, ensuring service is swift, safe and professional
  • Keep detailed records of asset condition, movement and handovers
