ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is a leading manufacturing company, are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee their fleet maintenance and support the engineering team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager / Supervisor / Chargehand or Senior Technician
• Previous experience as a HGV / Commercial Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic
• In depth knowledge of all HGV and Plant legislation
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance.
