BDS MECHANICAL - MACKAY - WORKSHOP MANAGER

BDS Mechanical Repairs has an opportunity for an experienced manager to join one of our large, privately owned and operated business. This position requires you to manage an already established BDS workshop in Mackay with a hands-on approach and pro-active demeanour.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, with responsibilities spanning parts coordination, contract administration, and client relationship management. Effective leadership will be crucial to motivating your team and driving performance, with a strong emphasis on achieving financial targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Success in this role will depend on your ability to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
