The Workshop Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of work, maintaining high-quality standards, and compliance with policies and procedures.

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians
• Work with productivity and efficiencies of the team
• Ensure high-quality workmanship as per the Manufacturers guidelines
• Oversee service and repair operations
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle issues
• Hold toolbox talks to communicate effectively and strive for workplace safety
