Job description

• You manage the workshop in the areas of bodywork, painting, accident and hail damage repair, both technically and organizationally.
• You will manage all repair orders independently, taking into account quality, cost-effectiveness and adherence to deadlines.
• You optimally plan and coordinate workshop capacities and staff deployment.
• Your responsibilities include the professional management and development of workshop employees.
• You ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications, repair methods, and quality standards.
• You will be responsible for the final inspection and release of repaired vehicles,
• working closely with operations management, customer service, cost calculation and claims management.
• You are responsible for workplace safety, order and cleanliness in the workshop area.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed training in the automotive trade, ideally as a bodywork and vehicle construction mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician.
• You have acquired a completed master craftsman qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a car, bodywork or paint shop will be to your advantage.
• Good knowledge of modern repair and maintenance methods is among your strengths.
• You have experience using workshop management systems and the common MS Office applications.
• You have a Class B driving licence
• Reliability and teamwork are a matter of course for you.
