Description

We are hiring skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to lead the overall operation of workshop - light and heavy vehicle.

  • Oversee and manage the entire workshop operations, including mechanical repairs, body shop, and washing/detailing units.
  • Lead and supervise team of technicians, mechanics, body repair staff, painters, and support personnel.
  • Plan, schedule, and assign tasks efficiently to ensure timely service delivery and optimal resource utilization.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across all departments.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure repair and maintenance work is completed to the required standards.
  • Monitor and manage workshop costs, identify savings opportunities, and ensure profitability.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, consumables, and materials required for operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support the team with expert guidance when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in the UAE.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in managing workshop operations within the UAE/GCC automotive industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in light and heavy vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
  • Experience managing multi-department workshop functions (mechanical & body shop).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation.
  • Solid understanding of workshop KPIs, safety protocols, and cost control.
  • Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering or related technical field.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
