Gates Tyres, Protyre Autocare are currently looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic and self motivated service advisor to work in our busy Mot and Service centre based at Lillyhall.
This role is highly demanding but highly rewarding if your passionate about the customer journey.
You will be working in a busy environment so the role can be physically demanding.
Job roll includes
Familiarising yourself with our customer’s and provide expert proactive service and vehicle repair advice, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Managing service bay staff and mechanical diary.
Progress and grow the Auto repair department
Liaising with customers on vehicle progress.
Pricing repair work whilst keeping prices competitive.
Booking repairs/servicing/mots
Upselling of services needed.
Sourcing parts from suppliers.
Stock replenishment.
Stock auditing.
Online portals inputting data and closing jobs down ie 1link, WCFMC.
General Admin- ledgering/ginning/filing
Depot opening/closing
Assist the General manager and assistant manager with the day to day roles that are required in the running of the centre.
