BDS MECHANICAL - THE GULF - WORKSHOP MANAGER

BDS Mechanical Repairs has an opportunity for an experienced manager to join one of our large, privately owned and operated business. This position requires you to manage an already established BDS workshop in in The Gulf with a hands-on approach and pro-active demeanour.
You will lead the overall management of workshop operations, including parts coordination, contract administration, and client relationships. This role requires guiding a team with a strong emphasis on financial performance and delivering exceptional customer service. Effective leadership is key, along with the ability to build a culture centered on success, profitability, sustainability, and collaboration.
