BDS MECHANICAL - THE GULF - WORKSHOP MANAGER

BDS Mechanical Repairs has an opportunity for an experienced manager to join one of our large, privately owned and operated business. This position requires you to manage an already established BDS workshop in in The Gulf with a hands-on approach and pro-active demeanour.
You will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations, parts management, contracts and client relations, while leading a team with a focus on financial performance and customer service. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to foster a culture of success, profitability, sustainability, and teamwork.
