BDS MECHANICAL - THE GULF - WORKSHOP MANAGER

BDS Mechanical Repairs is seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Manager to lead operations at our established site in the Gulf region. This is a great opportunity to join a large, privately owned and operated business known for delivering high-quality mechanical services across Queensland and Western Australia.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of workshop operations - including parts coordination, contract administration, and client relationship management. You’ll lead a skilled team with a strong focus on financial performance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for a proactive leader who can foster a positive team culture built on accountability, collaboration, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
