WORKSHOP MANAGER - BDS MECHANICAL - THE GULF

BDS Mechanical Repairs is currently seeking an experienced manager to lead operations at one of our established workshops located in the Gulf region. As part of a large, privately owned and operated business, this is a hands-on role that requires a proactive and results-driven approach.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the workshop, including parts coordination, contract administration, and client relationship management. Strong leadership is essential to drive team performance, with a clear focus on financial results and delivering outstanding customer service. Your ability to cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, profitability, and long-term sustainability will be key to your success in this role.
