• Coordinate and supervise a large team of Technicians, Apprentices and Supervisors
• Oversee all service repair work to ensure highest quality of customer service
• Maintain a safety first culture and provide strong safety leadership through role modelling and mentoring
• Actively provide coaching, feedback, training and support to Service team
• Plan and manage all incoming work in line with time and resources
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and huddles
• Ad hoc operational duties to ensure the smooth running of the workshop
