Key Solutions Group have an exciting & rare opportunity for a Full Time Supervisor - Mechanical Fitter to join our workshop team. We are in an exciting growth stage of our business and this is your opportunity to be a part of our growing success. Taking on a hands-on leadership role You will be working on primarily underground mining equipment, responsible for machine diagnostics and repairs, testing and monitoring. The role requires the ability to follow job scopes whilst meeting deadlines within your team.

• Trade qualification, mechanical and hydraulic equipment
• Prior supervision experience
• Specialise in Longwall Equipment (desirable)
• Current forklift Licence (essential)
• Can do attitude towards work tasks
• The ability to confidential lead a diverse team of tradesmen
• The ability to lead and mentor our apprentices
• Proven previous experience completing equipment inspection & final test reports
• The ability to interpret schematics and general arrangement detailed drawings
