You’ll manage the parts department to deliver excellent service, supporting our technicians to ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently and to the highest standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department.

• Ensure timely and accurate supply of parts to the workshop to minimise vehicle downtime.
• Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage stock levels, optimise inventory, and ensure effective stock control.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently.
• Implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
