JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Trainee Workshop Service Technician to join our fast growing company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing various Drilling & Piling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand and power tools. The Workshop Service Technician will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
• Assemble components according to specifications and schematics.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
• Conduct equipment diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
• Assist in heavy lifting of equipment as required during repairs or maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workshop processes and efficiency.
