Oversee, coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities for road train haulage assets and ancillary equipment.
Drive safety-first behaviours, ensuring 100% compliance with HSEQT and MRL Management Frameworks.
Provide technical support, diagnose complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the execution of maintenance work orders, service schedules and asset inspections.
Lead, develop and mentor the MRT workgroup, including direct employees and contractors.
Liaise confidently with key stakeholders (Maintenance and Haulage Supervisors, Leading Hands, Schedulers, MC drivers, Workshop staff, Storepersons and others).
Maintain accurate records, cost control, asset and facilities compliance and contractor management.
Report on progress, update action registers and participate in key monthly reviews and risk activities.
Manage all HR aspects, including inductions, performance reviews, issue management and the development of leadership within your team.
