Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Automotive Workshop Supervisor to join our expanding automotive division in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy workshop. You will manage a team of technicians, ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency, and play a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. Responsibilities * Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of automotive technicians and support staff. * Organise the daily workflow, assign jobs, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of all vehicle repairs and maintenance. * Conduct final quality control inspections to guarantee all work meets stringent company and manufacturer standards. * Provide expert technical guidance and hands-on assistance to technicians for complex diagnostic and repair challenges. * Manage workshop resources effectively, including the maintenance of tools, equipment, and inventory of spare parts. * Uphold and enforce all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and organised working environment. * Liaise with service advisors to ensure clear communication with customers regarding repair estimates, timelines, and technical details. * Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. * Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying training opportunities. Qualifications * Proven 10-12y of experience in a workshop supervisory or senior automotive technician role. * In-depth technical knowledge of modern vehicle diagnostics, mechanics, and electronics. * Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills. * Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. * A strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. * Proficiency in using workshop management systems and diagnostic equipment. * A relevant technical qualification or certification in automotive engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
