We’re looking for an MEP Supervisor to own the end-to-end roll repair process—from inbound inspection to final delivery. This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement in one of our core service lines. Your responsibilities 1.Figure whole process from roll incoming to outgoing for workshop MEP business. 2. Lead to build up and optimize MEP process SOP/WI together with the other team member systematically. 3.Assist MEP development manager to develop process, material, tools or fixture to improve our competitiveness. 4.Lead the follow up of root cause analysis for MEP products complaints, in-plant losses, and manufacturing overruns. 5.Lead MEP process LPA (Lay Process Audit) Level 1 & 2 to follow up standard and technical requirement. 6.Keep good quality through optimized process, internal & external report. 7.Report CISS to improve work efficiency, quality and reduce cost. 8.Present workshop MEP information during MEP monthly meeting inland and globally. 9.Give technical support and analyze for procurement, HSE, investment and so on. 10.MEP estimate hour re-set and follow up. Process audit to dig out potential where can be reduced time. 11.Analysis reason for actual hours exceed 90% of estimated hours project , and implement actions in time. 12.Complete other jobs assigned by the superior. 13.Attend the trainings organized by the company actively, keep on improving the working skill and knowledge. 14.Follow the company’s instruction and rules. Expectations for you 1. more than 3 years experiences in roll maintenance. 2. Outstanding multi-task managing, presentation, and facilitation skills； Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work；Strong commitment to problem resolution. 3. Excellent proficiency with ERP, LN，BI, MS software and database management systems. 4.English in both writing and speaking. 5.Safety management and the ability about risk identification. 6. With team leadership skills，to achieve the annual related target. 7. Open minded with innovation.
