planning and organising production schedules
assessing project and resource requirements
ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
overseeing production processes
ensure product quality compliance
organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
supervising and managing the work of production staff
organizing relevant training sessions.
troubleshoot and fix production equipment
data entry for production outputs, yield and defects monitoring
drive for continuous improvements
Job Requirements
At least 1 years of experience in manufacturing operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Technical skillsets in simple equipment troubleshooting/ maintenance is preferred
Non-smoker as dealing with sensitive material
