We look to hire the best and then help you to become even better.  We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Workshop Supervisor to join our Automotive On-Highway team in the Laverton Workshop.  The successful Supervisor will be looking after our Local and Fleet customers who operate Kenworth, Western Star and International Acco heavy vehicles fitted with our 15 and 9 litre engines, respectively.  In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  * Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices * Consulting with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end * Ensuring adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Branch Leadership * Completing required documentation * Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
