This workshop operates around the clock, building large-scale surface mining and construction equipment for an extensive customer base across NSW/ACT. The scope of this role is expansive, from overseeing the construction of a 301.8 excavator to managing the assembly of a fleet of Off-Highway Trucks (OHTs), your leadership will span across a range of assets. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of safety and work quality. You will oversee efficient work order management to meet our business objectives in safety, productivity, and compliance with customer, WesTrac, and Caterpillar standards.
One of the standout features of this role is its work schedule – it offers a Monday to Friday day shift, allowing you to step away from the tools while still making a significant impact on our operations. We believe this role offers a compelling opportunity for growth, leadership, and work-life balance.
