SHAPE YOUR JOURNEY ONBOARD AND OFFSHORE WITH US

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. You will work with technical drawings and specifications to ensure that all products meet high-quality standards.
The position is based in Bremerhaven, Germany. You will report to the Workshop Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or Lathe Machine Operator (Zerspanungsmechaniker)
  • Strong understanding of machining operations and production processes
  • Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and using precision measuring tools
  • Ability to operate CNC machines and adjust settings as needed
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Technical training or certification in CNC machining or a related field is preferred
  • Basic computer skills are a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and carry heavy materials
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders
  • Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and job instructions
  • Monitor the production process and make adjustments to ensure product accuracy and quality
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
  • Keep detailed records of production processes and machine settings
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production efficiency
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
