Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Workshop Service Technician to join our team. As a Workshop Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of commercial catering equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance on pre used equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Collaborate with the sales, service and management to ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinate with the E commerce team and manage show room / warehouse stock
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk in clients
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: £12,698.40-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
