JOB SUMMARY

Fulfil workshop services and production in an accurate, efficient and timely manner as described in the KPIs for customer contracts
Prioritising daily workshop activities in line with the contractual requirements of the Servac customers
Maintain stock administration systems including spare parts stored in the workshop, including notifying when any parts are below the required stock threshold
Accurate and timely administration of workshop systems and paperwork including update of service databases with service and overhaul data including status
Failure diagnostics, with solution of technical problems together with workshop staff
Diagnosis of warranty claims and customer support on overhauled units
Assist with logistics for inbound and outbound units and accurate completion of associated delivery notes
To be competent in workshop related Servac and 3rd party supplier technologies and train to the required levels of competence as per the training matrix guidelines
Responsible for working within health and safety guidelines and reporting any issues
Feedback non conformities or issues within workshop or environment to the Senior Workshop Technician and assist with the development of solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of workshop activities, work instructions, health and safety and service procedures together with workshop staff and management
To fully support and work to the Quality Management objectives
To build and maintain employee and customer relationships
Role reports to Senior Workshop Technician

SKILLS

  • PC Literate: Word, Excel, Internet Knowledge of mechanics (Electrical optional)
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to prioritise
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Trustworthy
  • Clean Driving licence ( if held)
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £14.50-£15.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
