Company Description ​WHAT YOU’LL DO​​ As a Workspace Experience Lead, You will lead the workspace strategy and management for East Asia offices, ensuring our physical environments reflect our culture and future ambitions. This role goes beyond operational and focuses on creating spaces that inspire engagement, collaboration, and belonging.​ ​ Workspace Experience Management ​ Develop strategy, framework and tools that will drive and inspire colleagues & managers to participate and/or take ownership of colleague engagement initiatives. ​ Ensure optimal standards are maintained across our region’s office as well as managing vendors, supplies, and tech tools. ​ Plan the budget for office expenses and investments in collaboration with the Regional Rewards Partner and Central Controlling team. ​ Ensure timely processing of invoices and administrative tasks related to workspace.​ Employee Engagement ​ Design and execute on a strategic and operational level, creative Fika / colleague engagement programs with a clear connection to our purpose and business outcome. Execution predominantly focuses on Singapore and Malaysia markets while alignment will be on a regional scale. ​ ​ WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​​ As Workspace Experience Lead, you’ll work closely with People Organisation team, PR & Communications, and Health & Safety team to create a dynamic, future-ready workspace and engagement ecosystem that empowers managers, enhances employee experience, and ensures operational excellence through strategic stakeholder collaboration and compliance. ​​ This role will be reporting to Regional Digital Lifecycle & Analytic Partner.​ ​ WHO YOU ARE​​ We are looking for people with…​ ​ Strong background in strategy development, proposal writing, program design, and effective corporate communication.​ Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.​ 3–5 years of experience managing dynamic, growing workspaces (150–250 employees), with a passion for creating vibrant office environments. – not a must!​ And people who are…​ ​ Confident in being the ‘face’ of the workspace, building strong colleague relationships, and managing stakeholders with a service-oriented mindset.​ Self-motivated, able to work independently, balance strategic and operational tasks, handle pushbacks, and collaborate across functions.
