Responsibilities

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Workspace Experience Manager (Full Time) to lead operations across two clubhouses in central Melbourne. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our workspaces deliver 5-star hospitality experiences while running efficiently day to day. From member engagement to operations, team leadership, and financial performance, you’ll be at the centre of it all.
This is a leadership role where you’ll foster a vibrant, connected community, drive operational excellence, and guide your team to consistently deliver standout service. Your role will be instrumental in creating spaces people love to work in.
