Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Workspace Manager/Executive Assistant to join our Head Office team in North Sydney. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this multifaceted role will see you supporting our Executive Team while ensuring our workspaces and internal communications are managed professionally and effectively. This role plays a key part in enhancing our team member experience and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the COO and Executive Team, including calendar coordination, agenda preparation, and internal communication.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our workspaces, including meeting rooms, AV/tech setup, supplies, and overall office presentation.
  • Lead the office support team and manage onboarding processes, seating plans, and access/security protocols.
  • Oversee workspace-related budgets, expenses and supplier/vendor relationships.
  • Act as the primary contact for building and facilities management at our North Sydney office.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to connect team members to the business and key initiatives.
  • Create and share engaging internal content, support company events and presentations, and ensure consistency in tone and branding.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of internal events including leadership briefings, town halls, and annual celebrations.
  • Support the Executive Team in the communication of organisational updates and strategic initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as an EA, Office Manager, or Workspace Manager in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging written and verbal messaging.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking ability, with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and service-focused approach.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with MYOB or Xero is a bonus.
  • Previous experience in event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • A commitment to Health and Safety responsibilities and relevant compliance
