We’re seeking a motivated and personable Workspace Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role focused on driving workspace sales, delivering exceptional service, and helping professionals find the right environment for their business success.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, confident in presenting workspace solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and engage new sales leads via inbound inquiries, referrals, walk-ins, and networking.
  • Conduct personalized workspace tours for prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored workspace solutions.
  • Build long-term client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with operations and community teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client handover.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems; generate regular sales and activity reports.
  • Represent Czar Workspace at community events, workshops, and networking sessions.
