You will be part of the Workstation Business Unit, reporting to Workstation Leader and dotted line to the MidMarket Sales Director, collaborating and supporting Sales-teams in Germany and Austria with your Workstation expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Identify & grow Workstation Business within the defined Mid-Market customer segment in Germany and Austria to meet and exceed business revenue, margin and market share targets
  • Work out winning proposals for Workstation products and solutions to all sales teams you are collaborating
  • Customer Meetings in your designated area with an expected nurturing of relationship to become a trusted advisor for our customers and sales teams when it comes to any kind of Workstation related requirements.
  • Train and develop Workstation know-how to the Mid-Market seller teams
  • Develop, maintain and execute account plans to grow the Workstation business with Mid-Market accounts in Germany & Austria
  • Provide high level technical and solutions expertise (understanding of industry trends and critical success factors for customers and Sales teams)
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, i.e. channel-resellers, ISV’s, market influencers
  • Build winning strategies for upcoming businesses and align with sales teams and product management to accelerate growth
  • Be an active and worthful team member in the Workstation Business Unit
