Ideal candidate is motivated for long-term stability and providing that for the family. The family’s journey includes extended stays planned in the Bahamas, Paris, Bordeaux, Malta, and Italy, followed by time in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Thailand, and Japan. Additional time in Spain and other destinations is likely. You will have 2-3 weeks off in December over the holidays. Exact travel dates and details can be shared directly with qualified candidates. Core responsibilities include full childcare duties: establishing routines, meal prep for the children, developmental engagement, packing, and being a trusted partner to the parents. The nanny will also assist with travel logistics, maintaining schedules, and ensuring organization across a variety of living arrangements, from boutique hotels and villas to short-term rentals. Candidates must hold a U.S. or Canadian passport to support international mobility and payroll compliance. The family offers a highly competitive salary of $110,000–$135,000 USD gross annually, plus private accommodations, 4–6 weeks of paid time off, travel expenses covered, and a guaranteed 45-hour workweek.
