Job Description The Worship Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, production, and execution of worship services, teaching content, and studio initiatives. This role provides operational coordination across weekend services, filming environments, worship gatherings, and pastoral support, ensuring alignment, clarity, and excellence from preparation through execution. This position reports to the Worship Pastor on the Worship team and to the Executive Producer on the Weekend Experience team. This is a full-time ministry position, generally Monday through Friday for 40 hours, with weekend responsibilities as needed. Compensation for this role is determined based on relevant experience, with hourly rate increasing commensurate with experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Studio and Production Operations Coordinate studio schedules, filming calendars, and production logistics for messages, worship, and training content. Support live and recorded filming environments, including communication, catering, and run-of-show preparation. Manage studio systems, shared drives, and production workflows. Worship and Weekend Support Support worship services, worship nights, and special gatherings through scheduling and logistics. Oversee weekend hospitality environments, including Green Room and Pastor’s Study operations. Coordinate volunteer communication and weekend details. Teaching and Content Coordination Coordinate manuscripts, slides, outlines, and message assets. Manage slide preparation, reviews, approvals, and final delivery. Coordinate creative assets such as videos, animations, props, and illustrations. Project, Systems & Calendar Management Manage projects using Asana, Planning Center, and shared calendars. Maintain service orders, teaching calendars, and studio bookings. Oversee access, accounts, and documentation. Communication & Alignment Distribute content, schedules, and updates to ministry partners. Document meetings and track action items. Administrative & Financial Support Support budgets, purchasing, and expense reporting. Process invoices and manage credit card reconciliation. Report weekend and volunteer metrics. Provide administrative support for the Worship Pastor, including calendar management. Qualifications Loves Jesus and the local church Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support or project management roles Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communicator and collaborator Comfortable supporting pastors and worship leaders Experienced with production and project workflows Passionate about excellence in worship and teaching Physical Demands Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
