(PROVERBS 27) SUMMARY Performs meaningful work supporting the ministry of Wellspring Church through the execution of key administrative support responsibilities of the Worship team in the Experience Department. This role works in collaboration with other Experience team members and supports the Worship Pastor in fulfilling the responsibilities placed upon the Experience Department by Wellspring Church. Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit, train, and develop Worship team volunteers to be equipped for all services. Provide administrative support for church worship events, including managing registrations, tracking resources, and coordinating volunteers. Produce lyrics for worship services in advance, utilizing presenting software. Maintain the church database records for Worship team volunteers, events, and attendees. Perform other duties as assigned. JOB SCOPE The Worship Team Admin provides administrative and organizational support to ensure the worship ministry operates with excellence and efficiency. This role manages volunteer recruitment and records, coordinates worship event logistics, and produces service materials such as lyrics and resources. Reporting to the Worship Pastor, the Worship Team Admin plays a vital part in equipping volunteers and supporting the overall mission of the worship ministry. QUALIFICATIONS MUST be teachable and willing to continue learning. 2+ years related experience in a ministry setting preferred. Able to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects. Strong communication and computer skills. Must be a proactive self-starter, creative problem solver and team player. Able to work collaboratively with other department teams to support the ministry of Wellspring Church. Understanding of confidentiality and proper care of personal information. Knowledge of computer applications such as Word and/or Pages, Excel and/or Numbers, PowerPoint and/or Keynote, etc. Physical requirements: Constant periods of sitting and repetitive motions. Occasionally able to lift or move up to 20lbs and standing or walking.
