What You Will Do Conduct comprehensive wound, skin, and ostomy assessments across all age groups Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on clinical findings Provide education to patients, families, and staff regarding wound prevention and management Collaborate with physicians, providers, and healthcare team members to coordinate optimal patient care Support the mission of Holy Cross Health and Trinity Health, delivering care with compassion and excellence Deliver care with sensitivity to the unique physical and psychosocial needs of patients, from neonates to geriatric populations Minimum Qualifications CWCN, WCC, or WOCN Certification required Current RN license in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing BLS certification Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with patient handling and movement If not active in direct patient care within the past 5 years, must have completed a nursing refresher course Proficiency in English: reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension Position Highlights Work in a mission-driven, patient-focused environment Make a direct impact in wound healing, quality of life, and patient education Collaborate with dedicated professionals who share your passion for excellence in care Opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a dynamic healthcare system. Pay rate: $40.99 - $61.49 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
