Your Role As a Wound Care Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, working collaboratively with our clinical team to achieve positive health outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct, hands-on patient care Conduct ongoing client assessments Perform wound care treatments and clinical procedures within scope of practice Administer and document medications appropriately Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation Follow infection control standards and Universal Precautions What We’re Looking For Licensed RN or LPN in British Columbia (in good standing) Current CPR certification Strong clinical and wound care skills Negative TB test or chest X-ray Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle Join a team where your skills are valued, your schedule is respected, and your work truly matters.
