We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Wound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Nurse for a full-time position located in the South Shore area. What will you be doing: The WOC Nurse is responsible for providing specialized care and clinical expertise in wound, ostomy, and continence management for patients in the home setting. This role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. You will serve as a clinical resource for staff, patients, and caregivers, offering education on prevention and management strategies, while ensuring evidence-based practices are followed. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to identify complex patient needs and coordinate appropriate interventions and referrals. Compensation: $44-55/hr. Commensurate with experience What we’re looking for in you: Current Massachusetts Nursing license in good standing Registered Nurse (Bachelor’s degree preferred) WOCN certification (Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing) required 2+ years of nursing experience required; home health or wound care experience strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment and wound management skills Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate complex care plans Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and access appropriate patient resources Strong computer skills; experience with OASIS preferred What's in it for you?
