JOB SUMMARY

You will work as needed as a Wound Care Registered Nurse, applying our nursing model to patient care. Your role includes assessing patients and addressing nursing issues related to health problems. You will also evaluate patient responses to care. Your job involves more than nursing. Help patients safely navigate their healthcare journey by understanding their needs. Ensure patients move smoothly through healthcare encounters without complications or delays.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have completed an Associate’s degree in Nursing.
  • Prefer BSN
  • Should have a minimum of (3) three years of experience in a related field.
  • Registration as a licensed nurse is mandatory (RN)
  • Basic Life Support certification (BLS) is required within (30) thirty days of starting the job.
  • Highly Prefer Wound Care Certification
  • Highly Prefer Wound Vac experience

  • Complete detailed clinical assessments following standard practices to prioritize patient and family needs. Adjust care plans to reach desired outcomes.
