QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in WPS sales or payroll solutions within a financial institution or exchange house in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of CBUAE WPS guidelines, corporate payroll cycles, and regulatory onboarding procedures.
  • Proactive sales approach with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To identify, pursue, and onboard new corporate clients for the Wages Protection System (WPS) payroll service. The role focuses on expanding the exchange house’s client base through professional sales strategies, market expertise, and ethical business development practices, in full alignment with UAE laws and Central Bank regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and engage with Dubai-based companies eligible for WPS services, especially those in labor-intensive sectors.
  • Build tailored WPS proposals that address each client’s unique payroll and compliance requirements.
  • Lead the full onboarding process — from initial contact, proposal submission, client verification, coordination with compliance and operations, to final activation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CBUAE WPS regulations, salary file structures, and payroll processing procedures.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to adjust strategy and provide feedback to management.
  • Deliver monthly sales targets while maintaining integrity and professionalism in all client dealings.
  • Foster long-term client relationships with consistent follow-up and issue resolution.
